Maxime is 40 years old and is unemployed. He lives with his sister, who has a son 9 years . It employs his brother to be his babysitter.
Maxime is already over 40. Unemployed for many years, he's neglected himself and ended up squatting at his sister's.Claire is a dynamic and smart divorcee, who's raising her 9-year-old son alone while running a recruitment agency.
While trying to make Maxime understand that she can't help him in his job hunting, she gets a phone call: her babysitter is leaving her in the lurch, it's already 7:30pm, and Claire has an important event to attend.
She looks at Maxime, as he fiddles with the worn fringe of his scarf, and can already see herself offering him a full-time job, well-paid but for an indeterminate time... as a nanny!

Maxime a déjà dépassé la quarantaine. Au chômage depuis plusieurs années, il s’est un peu laissé aller à squatter chez sa soeur. Claire, dynamique et brillante, divorcée, élève seule Jérémy, son fils de 9 ans. Elle dirige une agence de recrutement.
Alors qu'elle tente de faire comprendre à Maxime qu’elle ne peut lui être d’aucune aide pour retrouver du travail, elle reçoit un coup de téléphone : sa baby-sitter lui fait faux bond pour ce soir. Il est déjà 19 h 30… Claire est plantée et elle a une soirée hyper importante. Elle jette un coup d’œil à Maxime qui tripote fébrilement le bout élimé de son écharpe. Elle « s’entend » lui proposer un job à plein temps pour une durée déterminée mais bien rémunéré : « NOUNOU » !
