Moulin is a street cop: he talks like a cop, acts like a cop, and thinks like a cop. But he is above all else a man, meaning he’s fallible, and he often reacts following his instinct and emotions. Sometimes he wins; at others, the powers that be or his enemies get the upper hand.

Moulin est un flic de terrain, il parle comme un flic, agit comme un flic, et pense comme un flic. Avant tout un homme, c’est-à-dire faillible, il réagit souvent en écoutant son instinct, et ses émotions. Parfois il gagne, parfois, la raison d’état, ou la puissance de ses adversaires le contraignent au silence.
